    Mortgage Compliance Analyst

    Bethesda, MD

    The Oakleaf Group has an immediate opening for a Mortgage Compliance Analyst, to perform current and forensic (2005-2007) regulatory compliance reviews.


    • Analyze mortgage loans for compliance with regulatory requirements.


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 2+ years of experience in mortgage compliance; residential mortgage processing or underwriting experience a plus
    • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements impacting mortgage origination, including TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, ECOA, FCRA, Dodd-Frank Act Amendments, and predatory lending laws
    • Familiarity with industry-leading compliance platforms
    • Experience with VA, FHA, USDA, GSE lending policies a plus
