    The Oakleaf Group has an immediate opening for a self-starting and entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Risk Initiatives, to support our staff augmentation client relationships, particularly with GSEs.    The hired person’s responsibilities will include account management, contracts management, and contractor management.


    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, with a view to expanding Oakleaf’s presence with both existing and new client groups. Work actively to identify any potential issues and to explore potential new opportunities. Develop and maintain a database of client information.
    • Manage the full staff-augmentation documentation process, ensuring that required contracts and forms are proactively completed and processed.
    • Establish relationships with Oakleaf personnel on contract with clients. Engage with contractors regularly, addressing any issues that might arise to ensure high-quality performance. Encourage a sense of belonging to the Oakleaf team, and actively solicit recommendations for new business development.
    • Working with Talent Acquisition, document client meetings, including job requirements and candidate/contractor feedback.
    • Prepare and escort prospective Oakleaf candidates for interviews with clients.
    • Assist in on-boarding new Oakleaf hires at client sites.
    • Support the COO, head of Talent Acquisitions and business development staff as needed.


    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 5-7+ years working in staff augmentation client relationship management, in financial services; GSE experience preferred (including Fieldglass).
    • Track record of responsive, effective client relationship management, including increasing sales to existing clients.
    • Experience managing all contract documentation relating to staff augmentation hires, including master services agreements, statements of work, and scope forms.
    • Well-versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
    • Able to solve client requests proactively, and provide ideas and insights to improve their issues and challenges.
    • Detail-oriented, with excellent administrative skills and strong follow-through.
    • Able to work independently, with minimal guidance.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Organized approach to work; hardworking with a strong work ethic.
